Bio:

Blending a unique variety of sounds together over the past nine years, DJ Andrew Westby continues to put his stamp on the electronic music landscape.  Having warmed the crowds for the likes of Christopher Lawrence (#4 DJ Mag Top 100 in 2006) and Donald Glaude (#69 DJ Mag Top 100 in 2007), Andrew has been complimented for his unique understanding of the party vibe.

Andrew got his first taste of electronic music when he heard the Electric Cafe album by Kraftwerk at the tender age of nine.  From that point on his ears gravitated to music infused with electronic and heavy percussive elements.  New Wave acts such as New Order, Ah-Ha, The Eurythmics, Thompson Twins, Information Society as well as other acts like Weather Report and UB-40 provided the foundation for Andrew's sonic evolution.  Early in 2001 Andrew heard a mix by DJ Jimmy Van M of Bedrock fame which inspired him to take a hands on approach to electronic music.  Nine years later the journey continues as Andrew continues to explore a wide realm of musical possibilities.

Bio:

Michael St. Patrick is a resident of California’s Central Coast, by way of San Diego and Los Angeles, currently residing in the quiet seaside community of Morro Bay.  A lover of electronic music since the age of 12, when he purchased his first vinyl from Chicago’s legendary Wax Trax! Label, he has been DJing professionally since 2008. While he is forced to split his time with another job,  he spends countless hours in hotel rooms listening to music, memorizing tracks, developing playlists, and learning production tools.  His first mix album, “Playful Bytes” was released in August of 2009 on his own Digitalia Records, and he has several other live mix recordings and mix albums to his credit.  His musical interests run the gamut of the EDM spectrum, from techno to techouse to progressive to electro, and everything in between.  Michael St. Patrick is a developing talent and brings a new sound to the burgeoning electronic music scene of California’s Central Coast, but after joining People’s Inc., a top local production collective, successful gigs at recent local events and clubs, an appearance on KCPR’s Club 91, and now as the newest member of Stillwater Records, he hopes to live up to the legacy of those before him and continue to bring a taste of the old-school back into a scene that has maybe forgotten some of the sounds that brought us to where we are today.
